Portico House
A housing development in Tattenhall for our clients, The Bolesworth Group. This project creates a Rose corner of 7 new one/two bed dwellings for the Estate. The brief was to design the properties to pay homage to Architect Clough Williams-Ellis who was the Estate's architect in the 1930's and whom designed a number of properties for the Estate in Tattenhall. Clough Williams-Ellis is notably accredited for his village of Portmeirion which was influenced by Italianate architecture. This project overcame a number of challenges presented by its situation in the Conservation Area and addressing local housing needs. Construction to commence in 2020
