Following the success of the practice on delivering on the Town and Country Permitted Development Part Q regulations for the conversion of agricultural buildings to residential use, this project gained prior approval in 2017.  The conversion involves the retention of the existing Dutch Barn barrel vaulted frame with portions of new glazing and cladding.  Internally, there are two bedrooms at ground floor with a first floor mezzanine living area which overlooks the open plan kitchen with double heighted glazing and sliding doors leading on to the garden.
