Burford Lane Farm

As part of a wider regeneration and redevelopment of Burford Lane Farm, this development of 3 new dwellings replaces an existing Equestrian building.  Cladded in charred timber and red brick, the design takes its lead from its predecessor equestrian building with a contemporary interpretation of this.  A tripartite gabled principle front and rear elevation, the design ensures that the overall building height is in keeping with the replacement building to minimise the impact in the Green Belt.  Burford Lane Farm consists of a range of Listed buildings including a farmhouse, granary and barns.  This development aimed to be respectful to the listed setting.
