A Green Belt development creating a new 5 bed family dwelling replacing a disused riding arena situated in Plumley, Cheshire.  Planning permission was granted in 2016.  The proposals comprise of a contemporary design with open plan accommodation and stunning vaulted ceilings in the kitchen / living areas.  The development accords with the NPPF and local plans for the redevelopment of a previously developed site
