Bate Mill

A contemporary new home situated in the Green Belt of Over Peover granted planning permission in 2017.  The proposals create a single storey space for living which is interconnected with its landscape.  Clad in larch boarding and a slate roof, the building is a contemporary interpretation of a farm building and sits harmoniously with its surroundings.  The dwelling has been designed to maximise the views over a nearby lake and background fields.
